* bgcolor: (background-color) http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/colors.html#background<br />
* width: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visudet.html#the-width-property (default: 250px)<br />
* min-width: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visudet.html#min-max-widths (default: 200px, only meaningful if width is specified in %)<br />
* float: right or left (default: right)<br />

The "style" parameter allows any other CSS attributes to be set. One of the previous parameters is preferable to using "style", as it makes the template syntax easier to read.<br />
The "higher" parameter positions the box by the given units higher than without the parameter (e.g. higher=1em).<br />
